World Rowing U23 Championships officially closed * Update
FISA president, Denis Oswald, has announced the official closure of the World Rowing Under 23 Championships 2011 in Amsterdam. A Championship full of records: A record amount of participating countries, a huge amount of world under 23 records, and a record amount of rain during the month of July.
We want to thank all the participating teams. We wish you the best of luck for the future. There will be a closing party at the athletes hotel this evening.
Furthermore, we want to thank everybody who made the WU23CH into a succesful tournament. We hope you were able to enjoy the facilities around the Bosbaan and our activities on the internet. See you at the World Championships in 2014 at the Bosbaan in Amsterdam!
