To fully appreciate Amsterdam we recommend staying in one of the hotels we have selected for our competitors, officials and spectators. These hotels are situated near the city centre and guarantee a great stay in Amsterdam.In addition to a splendid rowing course, Amsterdam provides a great variety of culture, bars, restaurants and shops. Wandering through Amsterdam will lead you across humpbacked bridges and through alleys filled with countless café terraces and eye-candy architecture. Don’t forget the series of concentric and bisecting canals, known as the Grachtengordel (canal ring). It’s like a preserved open air museum. What better way to experience this yourself by sleeping in the city centre.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Reservations
National federations are encouraged to make their accommodation requests urgently, if they have not already done so, in order to be able to guarantee underneath mentioned prices. All accommodation bookings must be made through our travel agent ATP. Please send an e-mail with your booking to: rowing@atp.nl 

Important booking and cancellation deadlines:
Accommodation for teams is limited and is being taken up on a first come, first served basis, which means there will be limited choice as time goes by. Because we want to serve you as well as possible, we would like to ask you to send your booking before January 1st, 2011.

Before 30 November 2010: No cancellation fee
From 1 December 2010 till 31 March 2011: Cancellation fee: 15% from the total amount
From 1 April till 1 June 2011: Cancellation fee: 50% from the total amount
After 1 June: No refund

Please send us your complete name/rooming list latest 4 weeks prior to arrival.

All rates are for Full Board accommodation, with the choice of lunch at the hotel or venue. Arrival and departure shuttle services between the hotel and airport and local transport between the hotel and venue are included. Bookings made after 1 May cannot be guaranteed the rate advertised above.

Payment deadlines teams:
First deposit: 15% of the total amount after confirmation to guarantee your reservation.
Second deposit: 40% of the total amount, before April 14^th, 2011.
Rest of total amount: before June 15^th, 2011.

FISA, NF DELEGATES and MEDIA ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
